Pensacola, at the western tip of Florida's Panhandle, serves up a skillet-full of dining opportunity from great steaks and fresh seafood to Southern-style barbeque and Cajun specialties. Among the most colorful Pensacola dining landmarks is the 400-seat McGuire's Irish Pub (Motto: "Feasting, Imbibery, and Debauchery") where patrons kick back in theme-oriented spaces from the Notre Dame Room to the Irish Links Room. Hanging from the ceiling are more than $250,000 in dollar bills, signed by "Irishmen" of assorted nationalities. Pensacola and Panhandle dining options themselves provide a similar treasury of diverse taste treats.
